welcome your visit to Monte Verde Inn & Casa de Carmel.
Room amenities include a tv, telephone, signature sherry,
coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and writing
desk. Rooms at Casa de Carmel have a refrigerator
and microwave. All
stays also include a complimentary breakfast basket
delivered to your room. Every Friday and Saturday you can
join us for a wine and cheese reception
held at the Monte Verde Inn.
Our
weekend reservation policy is either a Thu/Fri, Sat/Sun,
Thu/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun. These are subject to change
during holidays and special events. We are pet friendly.
Our pet fee is $30 per night for one pet and $45 per night
for two pets. Please review our

Winter
Getaway Special
Stay any two nights midweek (Sun-Thu) and pay
full price the first night and half price the
second night. Valid from Nov 1, 2007 - Mar
31, 2008. Must request at time of reservation,
selected rooms only, weekend and holiday periods
excluded. |

Reservation
Policy
Our weekend
policy is either a Thursday and Friday, or a Saturday
and Sunday, or Friday, Saturday and Sunday combination.
We request that all reservations be accompanied by a deposit
which must prepay your stay. We guarantee space and rate
requirements only. Room types are guaranteed, not specific
rooms, although every attempt will be made to accommodate
your requests.
Cancellation
Policy
If you need
to cancel all or part of your reservation or require other
changes in your schedule, we must receive advance notice.
Since we don't overbook, advice of cancellation must be
given at least 7 days prior to check-in time of the date
being canceled. If you are unable to cancel within the
specified time, we must have 100% occupancy on the days
reserved before we can return your deposit. This policy
pertains to early check-outs as well as cancellations.
Special events and holidays may have greater cancellation
periods. Please call ahead. Thank you for respecting these
policies. We don't mean to cause any inconvenience, but
these terms are necessary for the successful management
of a small country inn.
